Composed entirely of 5052 H32 & 6061 T6 aluminum, it featured dimensions of 14″ in length, 9″ in width, 10″ in height, and was fabricated to tolerances of ±.010″. Fabrication required the aluminum sheet to be laser cut on our Mazak Nexus Optiplex 3015, 4KW Fiber Laser with Tekmag 6 Shelf FMS, and was then formed on an Advantage press brake.

Other components were machined and TIG welded into place, with hardware being installed using our Autosert hardware inserter. The enclosure was painted gray and silkscreened with white.
